Where is my paper cutter???

So I'm in the process of moving from Germany back to America and I'm going through my craft supplies putting things aside so I can craft while traveling, but in the mist of things I misplaced my paper cutter. Do you see it because I don't, well it doesn't matter anyway I never like it. I've been eyeing this paper cutter but for right now I can't afford it, maybe after the move I can get it. Check the hello kitty socks, I'm surprised my socks match today.
